******THIS IS A DRAFT VERSION AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE*******

The Pennsylvania APCO Chapter will be awarding the Judith (Judy) Brackin RPL Scholarship Award at the Annual PA APCO Spring Conference.  Judy is a long-time serving member of the PA Chapter. She has held many offices including but not limited to President and Executive Council. She is a Senior Member of APCO international.  She currently is still active and serves on the credential committee and well as the Board of Directors as a Past President. To show thanks for her time and dedication we have dedicated this scholarship in her name.  The Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL) Certificate Program is a comprehensive 12-month online program. It is well respected in the communications community. Due to the expensive price of this program the chapter is sponsoring one (1) member yearly to become an RPL and add more to the state of PA.

To apply, complete this application and return via email by March 1, 2025. The applications will be reviewed, and the award winner will be announced at PA APCO Conference, vendor reception on Tuesday, April 1st.
