Call for Presentations

PA APCO Annual Spring Conference

April 2-5, 2017

Best Western Premier Eden Resort – Lancaster, PA

It is once again time to begin planning for our annual spring conference.  The Pennsylvania APCO conference offers a wonderful opportunity to present new information and ideas relevant to the Public Safety field. Speakers will gain visibility and credibility in the eyes of their peers while making a significant contribution to the Public Safety profession.  The conference also offers great networking opportunities. Over the years, the Pennsylvania APCO Conference has led the way in providing informative presentations to all attendees.

If you would like to submit a proposal to possibly present at the 2017 conference, please fill out the Proposal Application Form and return it by the deadline of December 21, 2016.  Completed proposals can be emailed to -  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Early confirmation of program topic and procedures will allow for pre-conference promotion of the educational opportunities that will be available at the PA APCO Spring Conference.  General session presentations will be 50 minutes in length.  Sessions will be placed in one of three tracks over the three day conference. These tracks are specifically aimed toward telecommunicator, management and technical. There are limited time slots for general sessions so early submission of a proposal application is beneficial.  Note – all speakers that are commercial vendors affiliated with public safety must also contact Cindy Dietz, Commercial Committee Member.  Email -  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. when submitting a session proposal to Beth Baylor for consideration.

The sessions provide the attendees with the opportunity to learn new information and technology associated with Public Safety.  The PA APCO Annual Conference is also a great place to meet new people associated with Public Safety, make new friends, and continue long ago made friendships.
