PA APCO Annual Spring Conference

April 7 – 10, 2019

It is time to begin planning for the 2019 PA APCO Annual Spring Conference.  The conference offers a wonderful opportunity to present new information and ideas relevant to Public Safety Communications. Speakers will gain visibility and credibility in the eyes of their peers while making a significant contribution to the Public Safety profession.  Over the years the PA APCO Annual Spring Conference has offered great networking opportunities and has led the way in providing informative presentations to all attendees.

 

If you would like to submit a proposal to present at the 2019 PA APCO Annual Spring Conference, please fill out the Presentation Proposal Form.  Return the form to me via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by January 15, 2019.  Early presentation and confirmation of program topics will allow for pre-conference promotion of the educational opportunities that will be available at the PA APCO Spring Conference.

 

Session presentations are 50 minutes in length.  Sessions will be placed in one of three tracks over the three day conference. These tracks are specifically aimed toward Telecommunicator Training, Management, and Technical. There are limited time slots for sessions so early submission of the Presentation Proposal Form is beneficial.  All speakers that are commercial vendors affiliated with Public Safety must also contact Melony Kearns, Commercial Committee Member, via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. The sessions offered at the PA APCO Annual Spring Conference provide attendees with the opportunity to learn new information and technology associated with Public Safety; it is also a great place to network with other Public Safety Professionals, meet new people, and continue long ago made friendships.

Exhibitor Information

Exhibits Open: Tuesday, April 9th (10:00 am - 6:30 pm) *ONE DAY ONLY*

Tuesday: Exhibitors set-up (7:00 am – 9:30 am only) 

 Continental Breakfast on Tuesday will be in the Pre-Function Area. Vendors are invited, please indicate # attending if you will be having breakfast on Tuesday, so we can get an accurate food count.

 Tuesday: Exhibits Open all day

• 7:00 am –  9:30 am – Vendors set up booths
• 10:00 am – 11:00 am -  Morning break in the Courtyard
• 12:00 pm –  2:00 pm – Lunch in the Courtyard
• 2:45 pm –  3:15 pm – Afternoon break in the Courtyard
• 4:30 pm –  6:30 pm – Vendor Reception and Awards in the Courtyard
• BOOTHS MUST BE TAKEN DOWN TUESDAY NIGHT - NO EXCEPTIONS

Cost: $775 per 8’ x 10’ booth
